This location use to be my favorite. Moe's in general has changed over the years and not for the best. The price increase is insane. I order veggie no meat but I feel like I'm paying for steak or something. The staff really don't speak. They use to say Welcome to Moe's!!! Now they struggle to hear what kind of rice you want. Everything is an upcharge too. When you ask "can I have a little more?" They respond saying, "that's going to be an extra charge." I remember when a veggie stack use to be like $8-9, now it's $12.49. OG they taste better homemade. It's really not worth the convenience anymore. It cost too much for your body to not receive any nutrients from it. I'm just overall disappointed with the brand/company.
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment. A younger African American man provided excellent assistance, explaining the birthday burrito policy when I signed up a few days before my birthday causing me to not be able to receive my free burrito. However, I encountered a less pleasant interaction with an older staff member who seemed to be of oriental descent. Unfortunately, he was rude when I tried to redeem my free queso, instructing me not to grab the chips and queso. Even if my free queso didn't work, I was willing to purchase the $5 queso, but his reaction left me feeling unwelcome. I value your food and service, but this incident deeply upset me. I hope you can address this matter for the betterment of your customer experience.
Moe's is the place to go for some fresh noms and tasty treats that'll be treating you with fresh ingredients and friendly staff making amazing food. For the price point we found it to be one of our fav stops for a quick bite.
Not the Moe's I remembered. Just so-so. Their salsa has changed & it's bland, chips still ok. Doubt I'll visit again at this Snellville location. The man serving ur food could b friendlier & smile maybe ????
Been coming here for months, and know the owner. Tried to scan my app here and for some odd reason it doesn’t show the moe Monday discount in their system however in the app it clearly shows it’s claimable. The manager at the time, Latina girl rudely says she cannot override the price for me when clearly the special is a nationwide known promotion on Monday. It’s 10:43 at the time of the review. According to her, if it’s not there I used it for the day… I told it her it would be impossible for me to go to another Moe’s eat a full meal and then drive across town to another Moe’s in the full 13 minutes they were open for…! Terrible service. Over the principal I walked out, no wonder this Moe’s is never busy, parking spots open 24/7 that’s one thing you don’t ever have to worry about!
