Stopped by on a Thursday night. The place was almost empty and we sat at the bar. The food was really good. I got street tacos and my husband loved his carnitas. My cosmo was good too. Food came fast. Free chips and salsa. Only 3 shrimp on my taco but they were delicious.
Good food, fair prices. Staff was friendly but a little slow. Food took awhile to arrive and this was during a slow time. But it was hot when we finally got it. Portion size was more than enough. I also noticed the after burn of some type of spice mentioned by a few other reviews, I was not a fan of the spice either.
The food was great and the building inside is really nice. The seats were nice and comfortable. Their tea was SWEET, which is exactly how I liked it personally. It would be a 5 star rating, but service was a bit lacking. We went on a Thursday at 4pm and we were left a couple of times with empty cups, and left for long periods of time waiting to get things like the check and take out boxes. Other than that, it was a great experience.
My very first time visiting here was excellent. The staff was very friendly and the service was great! The food tasted delicious, great portions, and priced just right. I ordered the chicken and steak fajitas which came out sizzling
Our waiter was excellent and everyone was friendly. The food was...good...but...everything had an "after spice". Like, it was good when you ate it, but then your mouth was on fire. Not sure if it was just the night, or what, because I didn't see anyone else mentioning this. You couldn't see any seasoning, so it was just odd. The chips were good and hot, but strangely had the spice. Same with my Street taco and my sons French fries. He couldn't even eat them and I could barely tolerate mine. The rice and beans were good. Ground beef was good, as was the entire enchilada. My daughter's soft taco had a tough texture to the tortilla, and she wasn't a fan of their type of Lettuce. The Queso was delicious and thankfully made the spicy chips tolerable. Other than the strange spice, it was ok. Not a fail, but not a fav.
