The absolute worst UPS Store ever!!! If they aren’t locking their door 5 minutes early then they give you grief sending stuff back to Amazon. Forget about being honest about what’s in the box if you’re trying to ship Federally Legal CBD products. Best bet go up the street to a well run UPS Store by Kroger 78 & Rosebud
Horrible service, they sent my iPhone to the wrong address in California! It's so simple since Apple does all the labels and setup for them and yet they still messed it up. It took 7 days to find my phone and then it took over 2 weeks to get a simple replacement ( the last part is apple being slow and will never use their express drop off option again). I would not recommend this place or service to anyone who wants to send ther parcels off. Go to the post office instead!
I really do not like unprofessionalism in a business establishment especially when our dollar has never been so valuable to us hard working people. I needed to drop a package off and there was not a line. There were two persons who were at the counter being helped. Another customer came in immediately behind me who also just needed to drop her package off. This customer walked straight in bypassing me and was allowed to skip in front of me since she was a friend of one of the agents. The young man who took her package was telling her that she would have to wait her turn as I was in line. However, he was instructed by the female employee no just take the package and print her receipt. Then the friend said thanks to which the female employee responded" I got you!"
I paid over $200 for a package to be delivered overnight and the package arrived 2 weeks later to the wrong address. They told me they couldn’t help me and never even returned my money. Worst customer service ever. Don’t use this UPS.
Rude owner or whomever he is. Never have any problems with the younger employees, they are really nice and helpful. They need to contact Amazon to have the policy updated its not fair to the customer and for you to be rude on top of it, horrible. Wish Loganville will get another update location until than I will start doing business at the Snellville location.
