The staff is extremely nice. However I went in today to purchase a box and that also charged me $3.99 extra to tape the box. I said can I not just purchase the box I was told no they charge a packing fee because they have to tape it. I said I have been to other stores that don’t charge for that an was told they are all independently owned. Again staff is very nice. But a $6.00 box cost me $10.00. Doubt I will use them again.
John not only helped me going through my divorce with my lawyer's papers but also in the return of a sound bar to Samsung this afternoon. This is a top notch UPS store and I wouldn't go any where else.
I love my UPS STORE in Monroe, GA! All their Associates efficient & courteous! They did a great work on the major print job for my family for our son’s Celebration of Life Ceremony. We were very pleased with the poster size Photo, the two 8 x 10 poems to frame & the Handouts remembering our son. Thanks to Cicely who was key to achieving such wonderful work so efficiently!
I really like this store! I live closer to another ups store location but the service is so friendly at this one, that this is where I decided to open my mailbox for the nonprofit I work for.
This place will give you the absolute worst attitude, and we'll never stop foot in there again. And yes, that arrogance and attitude comes directly from the manager who actually owns the franchise for the Monroe and Athens stores. That is why another ex-Monroe-UPS-Store customer told me to avoid the Athens location as well. Will do.
