Sunrise Roofing was great! They came out and did a very thorough inspection of my home and talked me through the entire process. The representative was very professional and took the time to listen closely to my many questions throughout the process. These guys are the best! if your thinking about going with a roofing company, definitely consider Sunrise Roofing.
Awesome company to do business with! They had my roof torn off and installed in just one day and it was paid for by insurance. Their was a supervisor on the job the entire time that I could talk to about what was going on with the project. Thank you Sunrise Roofing!
I would not recommend to anyone. We were going to let them do our new roof, however after seeing all the bad reviews and at our onsite meeting at our home we had an issue. They just showed up and started telling us we could not use anyone else and they would file a lein on our home just like they did others. We called our Insurance and discovered they were calling and acting like me and asked for all docs to be sent to their email because I (the homeowner did not have an email) Our insurance called us and warned us of this company tactics and have documented & pulled the recorded call they made for our support. We just received a letter of intent to file lein for non-payment in full, However NO SERVICES HAVE BEEN DONE AT ALL! We are making a complaint to the BBB, and contacting the anyone & everyone we can. If a Fraudulent lein is placed we will seek all civil & or criminal actions available thru the court. They try to put fear into using them or get a Lein on home if you decide to use a more reputable company.I will try and post the texts threats they made also. Do not use them until you research there reviews. Im not the only one who has had this issue with them.
