Best service EVER! Dr. Schraub and Kathy are the kindest! My son was scheduled for ear tubes when we decided to try here first. 1.5 years later not one ear infection and my son LOVES Dr. Schraub. No need to look any further.
Today I called and spoke briefly to Amanda before she hung up on me telling me they were to busy to answer a question. I was calling from Michigan to see if I could make an appointment for my elderly mother. I tried calling back to ask why she hung up on me mid sentence but she wouldn't answer the phone. If this practice is too busy to speak to a potential patient they may be too busy to give the help needed. Instead of hanging up on me Amanda you could have waited to see what I needed. Then be rude and hang up. Now that I think about it I'm glad you did hang up on me Amanda. I would not want my mother treated the same way.
Dr. Schraub is the best! He is very professional and always helps me with my pain. He never makes me feel rushed. His office staff are just as friendly. Would certainly recommend him to anyone with pain.
