    ???? 10/10 RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER SHOP!! ???? Come with me on a journey with me with my Lenovo Yoga laptop that was bought right at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020... and it was working so great until one day in December. When I plugged it in, it completely shut off and would not turn on again. No lights came on with different Chargers, nothing was working. I took it back to Best Buy because thats where i bought it from. I honestly was so distraught as this is my work computer. They told me to order a Lenovo charger off of the manufacturer website so I left and ordered one. A few days go by, I get the new charger, I plug it in anddd nothing. 2nd trip back to Best Buy... they look at my laptop, try to turn it on and it flashes 3 orange lights. Mind you, he did not plug this into anything but another charger that did not make the laptop work. He looks at me and says, " these 3 orange lights blinking means you have a bad motherboard and need a new laptop." they said this product is out of warranty for them, and there are no replacements of this particular computer because everything made during the pandemic was halted and had stopped producing. Frustrated with the news, I said thank you for your help and left. On my way home, I decided to look up some computer repair shops to see what they would say instead. I called 1 other shop in Loganville and told them the story. They said it was $99 just to diagnose it and then more if it is the motherboard that needs replacing. I originally decide I was going to go but THEN, Personal Computer Shop was the next place to pop up. I decided to call them and wound up speaking with Eric. He was a breath of fresh air after speaking with these other guys. I told him about my problem, he told me to bring it by and he would check it for free.(I cried happy tears, honestly) I dropped it off and he called me a few hours later saying that my motherboard was fine, it was my battery that needed replacing!! I was elated, he ordered a battery for me and replaced it. A week later a weird noise started coming from it and I sent a video to Eric, he tells me to bring it back again. My fans were not working properly, he cleaned them out but 1 of them does not work. The downside is that because they stopped producing these laptops and parts. But, what we were able to do, was because the fans are both on seperate power sources, we were able to plug in the 1 fan and bypass the other and it works perfectly fine now!!! ???? seriously, Eric has saved my laptop more than once. Easily recommend him over Best Buy. He has so much knowledge in computers, technology, cameras, wifi and internet. He was very kind, understanding, and helpful to make this experience as easy as possible for me. Eric literally saved me from having to buy a brand new laptop. SO THANKFUL FOR THIS SHOP ????

    Eric was great. My computer died on me and Eric diagnosed the problem free of charge, and then worked with me to keep costs to a minimum since I was unemployed. Communication was great, he fixed my computer ahead of schedule, and he did a great job! I would highly recommend Personal Computer Shop to anyone. They are 5-star all the way! Thanks, PCS! You did a great job!

    Personal Computer Shop is great. They are very knowledgeable, easy comment, great turn around. I’ve used them 2x and he had my laptop back very quickly with laptop way better than I had. Prices are way more reasonable. I highly recommend them.
