Was quick and friendly. Even offered me a better option that made it cheaper for me. They picked up my truck on a Friday and then held it at there shop so it wouldn't be setting out over the weekend at the collision center. And then took it in on Monday
My son called up there twice they said they did not have his truck. So sat there 4 days . Then when I called the 4th day ''oh yea we have it Then he had to go up there twice for his car to be released to the insurance, we stay an hour and half from this place, showing the same info. Because they didn't remember him coming up there I think he was treated like that because the color of his skin or so the truck can keep sitting there so they can collect more money from the insurance They gave him a hard time.
This place is the worst! My son was in an accident and they where called by the police to tow the cars away. We went the very next day to retrieve my sons belongings out of the car. When I went 2 days later to remove my car I was charged and extra $85.00 for sending me a registered letter about my car. It doesn't cost $85.00 to send a registered letter. When I tried to talk to the owner about this he was extremely rude. Told me it was the law and when I asked why I wasn't told about this when I was there the first time he said that it wasn't his job to inform me of the law. If I had know about this I could have made arrangements to remove the car sooner to avoid this fee. When I told him that I would make sure to pass along how horribly I was treated he threatened me. I would think as a business owner that it would be your job to inform your customers of such fees. I also called ahead to ask what type of payment they take and wasn''t informed that there was an extra fee to use a charge card. If I had been told I could have stopped and gotten cash to avoid the extra charge.
We have an extended warranty and had to have our vehicle towed 9.2 miles from home to the dealership. When Frankie arrived we inquired as to why we were being charged $125 for a tow that was less than 10 miles...he didn't know but said that the other people paid the $100. The other people is the warranty company so again why are we having to pay an additional $25 since you've already received/will receive $100 from Pinnacle. He couldn't tell me, nor did he provide a requested receipt. Insurance commissioner (for the warranty) and state/BBB for this company. How sad to gouge customers when an extended warranty is already paying you. Do NOT use this company!!!
Christy was awesome and funny. She handled my baby with so much care. The WOMAN knows what she’s doing. My enclave was stuck with no power. We couldn’t get it into neutral. It’s an AWD suv. She got it on the flat bed with no problems and off at the shop. The men at the shop just watching her. I was like “okay girl lol” she did that. A true Queen. Thanks so much guys. I will be adding you to my contact for future needs. Hopefully I won’t but still. Awesome.
