Had an accident on Friday and they showed up very quickly the guy was very professional and helpful. I couldn't get my car to crank back up to move it off the street and he showed me how to reset it after the airbags go off and no questions asked got it loaded up quickly and efficiently. It is the first time I have ever had to have a vehicle towed and it was very pleasant he gave us a card and told us if we needed to get anything else out of the car to just come on down to the shop and they would let us in to get any belongings out. Will definitely recommend them in the future.
Awful service I was Using offensive and vulgar languageon the phone because of the situation driver took it personal and left a minor on side of road in rain Especially when he was towing the Car to my house In my opinion that was very unprofessional Rude With that being said I apologize To the driver and to the company cause I ruined their day and hes gonna go to his safe zone and do some coloring till he gets over it The reason I'm apologizing is because when I called the office to put a complaint About their driver leaving my kid behind the supervisor owner whatever I talk to was saying that they don't appreciate me using vulgar language to their drivers I figure tow truck drivers would have been a little bit Tuffer not so flaky but I guess I was wrong Apologize for the typos driving at the moment trying to get to my son to pick him up even though I'm an hour away So I get to the house and it's a different driver I guess your original driver has to go to a safe space I hope hes doing OK Is poor thing
