We are locals so Willy's is a go-to for us. However, we do visit other Mexican-American restaurants on occasion ????. Willy's different. Their food is fresher, better, and they have their own "spin" on classic M/A dishes. I had the Fajita Taco Salad Chicken and it was phenomenal. Much better than most taco salads! Not "mushy" once you start combining and the flavor is really good!
Food was ok, very bland. Margarita was really good. Service was very good. Sitting outside on the sidewalk with a very pleasant guy singing live was nice.
This was my first time at this restaurant and I will definitely return. The staff was very nice and the service was top notch. They give you tortilla chips and tasty salsa as soon as you sit down. So if you're starving when you enter, they fix that immediately. The food was fresh and I have no complaints about my chicken and beef enchiladas.
The booth seating is cramped. The meals we had were quite tasty. Finding Amber Dos Equis on tap was a treat. It was a busy place but service was good.
Food is average. Really small so it gets noisy and cramped on weekends. Finding someone to refill my family's drinks or take our order/ money has been issue more than once. That really annoys me. Live music on the regular. Locals love this place so they're clearly doing something right. I really wanted to love Willy's as I could walk there from my home. It's just never been a great experience for me.
