Google says that this store in Walnut Grove, Georgia closes at 9pm. That's an absolute lie. Well they were closed at 9pm, but it is also true that they were closed and had the lights turned off at 8:50pm. Wasted some expensive gas money driving to this joint. Won't make that mistake again.
This is the absolute worst eating establishment in a 20 mile radius. They are never open. Never have things in stock. That employees are rude. Call to confirm that they were open at 7:15 on a Tuesday night with it clearly states they’re open until nine the open sign is still Lloyd, but the door is locked, the girl behind the counter barely looked up before she should be away how this plays stays in business is beyond me, but this is my absolute last chance with them . Horrible don’t even waste your time.
Horrible experience! The guy that prepared my food was extremely rude. He said he was the owner. He refused to put the bacon in the oven to get it crispy ( they always do it). He charged me 27 dollars and change for 2 protein bowls with out any chips or drinks and said that was regular price. I have never paid that much at any other subway!!! I will never go back! The owner doesn’t care about what you want… I should have looked at the reviews before I ate there. He has a 2.2 google review rating!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service, guy behind the counter had terrible manners and cursing at people for sitting down as he said it's carry out only. There is no visual notice of that. Also very light on the condiments. No drink machine, bottles only. I will never get food from this subway again, and I will do everything I can to prevent anyone else I know from doing so also. The guy working today needs fired and the store needs subway to remove their franchise.
I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, if I could give negative stars I would and it definitely would be a -5 star but I had to give it something in order to write this review. The customer service is absolutely terrible they are very rude with attitudes to the customers a.k.a. the ones that pay their bills for spending the money there! If you try and call in a order or speak with a human being to talk to don’t even try because they don’t pick up the phone or they take the phone off the hook there was one point where I called 32 times until someone answered the phone and as I proceeded to talk to the person that had finally answered the phone after 32 calls they had the nerve to ask me to call back in 10 minutes because their words/the MANAGER “they are busy” that’s how you run a business successfully into the ground. If you are considering eating at this subway for breakfast/lunch/dinner I recommend driving a little bit further or out of the way to a different one if possible to get better service and better food rather than WASTE your money at this Subway! It is absolutely ridiculous and this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve had multiple multiple multiple issues happen at this specific subway. And if all the other reviews doesn’t show you that this place is absolutely sucks then go ahead and waste your money because that’s exactly what you’ll be doing. This subway needs to be shut down and the employees need to get fired and something else needs to be put there! They never have any other bread beside white and wheat and sometimes they don’t even have white! They run out of everything or are to lazy to make it or to dumb to do the inventory right. This place is NOT a “hit or miss” place. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE MISS!!!!!! I will not be wasting my money or time on this place they call a “business”. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. There is a Waffle House right down the road from this subway and they have GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD! GO THERE! NOT SUBWAY!
