It was homecoming night. I called in to pick up. They young lady was very nice and had great customer service.upon arriving. They were fully staffed and everyone was working. They were prepared for business! And the food was really good. So, whoever your cook is...give him/her a raise! It's hard to find good help now-a-days. They knew what they were doing. Keep up the good work guys!

Our waitress, I believe Leah is her name, was so funny. She made the experience entertaining for sure. The food was good. The waffles are a little different from what I remember.
Last 2 times I’ve come here I’ve had to go to the store to order because no one would answer the phones. I assumed they were busy but literally no one was in the store and the employees were just standing there talking. Last week when I went, the employee said “oh, were you the one calling a bit ago?” and I said yes. she said “oh, ok.” and said nothing else or even acknowledge me again after I ordered. Today I went and had to go in to order again because no one would answer yet again, and one employee was sitting eating, yet the other was actually working it seemed, until i saw that she was also making her own food. I’ve never left a rating on a place until now but this is pretty ridiculous…
