I contacted Breda to address a critter infestation in our crawl space that I had tried to conquer myself but the critters were winning. The Breda team has been great in their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service attitude. When they came to do the exclusion, they arrived right on time and immediately got to work. Little Mike introduced his team, Ethan, Hunter1 and Hunter2. Then he explained the steps they would go through. As they finished up, they also cleaned up. I’m very happy with their high quality work and their guarantee.
I have been a customer of Breda Pest off and on for the past 5 years. Though I did not have the best interaction with the receptionist today, I understand life happens. I edited my initial review after being contacted by Ken, one of the owners. I am very appreciative of how quickly the owner was to reach out to me to correct the situation. It speaks volumes to the integrity of this company and the value of local businesses so I will give them another chance.
Currently dealing with a wildlife issue. Breda has visited twice in the last 2 weeks (I’ll give them 2 stars for being somewhat responsive) but the issue has not been resolved. I recommend looking elsewhere if you are having wildlife issues.
Our recent SOS call to Breda was facilitated by Kelly M. She listened to our unspoken words and anticipated our needs perfectly. An appointment was set for technicians to come to our home. We are so very pleased with Little Mike and Caleb’s work! They truly care and take an interest in what they are doing as they inspect a home. They are NOT robotic. As home owners we are impressed with their attention to detail and meticulous approach that was carefully individualized to our specific critter prevention needs. You are fortunate to have them on your team.
I have used Breda Pest Management for a number of years. Every treatment or consultation has been great. Not only have all the technicians and office staff been knowledgeable but they have also been friendly and a joy to work with. There have been no requests that have not been quickly and professionally handled. Many of the visits have been handled by Josh Harrison. He knows all the technical parts of pest control but more importantly, he goes the extra mile on each visit which makes me a very happy customer. Josh gets 10 stars in my book.
