Breda did wildlife removal from my attic. For years my daughter told me that she heard what she thought were birds in the attic. What was actually found were evidance of squirrels, birds and bats. Breda performed the initial inspection and told me exactly what they would do to seal up all their entry points, hepa vacuum the waste and disinfectant the attic. The surprise was when they found the area the squirrels chewed from the chimney to go directly into my attic. They had also chewed through the beam holding up my chimney. I called a contractor and he made the necessary repairs so they could no longer have access. Breda workers were very knowledgeable, professional and productive. Their customer service was exceptional and I will continue to use them with their annual warranty on the services that they offer. This company and their staff are all customer service friendly and professional. You will not find a better company. The sound of silence is greatly appreciated.
Little Mike, Dre and Kaleb were total professionals with my carpenter bee problem. They came on time and in uniform! The were courteous and polite which is increasingly becoming more rare. They were knowledgeable of their process, product and invited me to learn about what they were doing and using. They were thorough in their job. They let me know when they were done. Gave me further advice and reminded me I had a 90 guarantee if I had any further issues. I've also used their service for indoor pest on this new renovation house and they have been nothing but courteous professionals. I've had the pleasure of meeting several of their agents and each one is a true representation of good service from Brenda. I'd highly recommend them.
I want to send a HUGE thank you to Lester and Luke! They did a great job taking care of a bat problem at our house. Lester called me to tell me the job was done (we were out of town). He also told me that he found a hole in my roof from a fallen branch. He texted me photos of the hole he found and wished me luck with the repairs. Today, I took a look at the hole on the roof that Lester and Luke found and could see that they filled the hole with caulk to prevent any further damage. They never told me they did that. It was so far above and beyond the call of duty! I can’t thank them enough. Also, many thanks to you for keeping such caring staff on hand
We switched to Breda 2 months ago, because of disinterested service with the provider we had used for years. Breda has been courteous, responsive, and effective for us so far. Mike was out doing our inspection last week and could not have been friendlier and more helpful. He actually expressed appreciation for being able to serve us! We are very pleased with our decision to go with Breda!
The difference between a good company and a great company. Breda is Great. Recently, I hired Breda Pest Management to perform a wildlife exclusion service for Bats in an area of my house. We had to wait a long time so the critters can leave safely and we can close out this small area above my roofline. Unfortunately, the first sealing that was used was really sloppy and I wasn't happy. Breda immediately sent someone out to fix it twice because they cared about my satisfaction. Today, they sent out 3 techs. Brian, Giovanni, and Caleb. What a group of pros! They took me outside, and showed me their work and were proud of the result and I couldn't help but be proud too. I went out and it just...it looks phenomenal. I was worried about complaining, but Breda never made me feel bad about it they just said we're gonna send someone out to make it right. And they did. I'm so happy with my service here! You should be too if you hire them. Thanks Breda!!
