We have had a pretty bad yellow jacket infestation in our back yard for a few days and the location recently was shaken up and it had gotten too bad to take care of on our own. Willis Pest Control was the only company to answer my call promptly, out of 3 other pest control companies I tried to contact. The owner Kenny was great! He was prompt, efficient and very professional. I am thoroughly impressed. Wow! Super impressed with this company. They were recommended by a friend and I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment I contacted the company over email to the time Rick came out… it couldn’t have gone better. Previously we had another local company come that wouldn’t show up or wouldn’t call to schedule and it made things difficult. I didn’t realize how much the previous company missed until Willis came out and explained everything, how they would service for pests and were super thorough.
