I am writing a review of the Pharmacy. We have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. Today was off the chart. My husband is having a serious surgery tomorrow. He had an antibiotic called in days ago. I had to make 3 trips to the pharmacy and they gave me the wrong prescription. They knew what the medicine was for. They filled an antibiotic which was a refill for a dental appointment he had months ago. They had the nerve to tell me I should have known which prescription he needed. I had no idea he had a refill from a dentist appointment quite some time ago. Did they not have enough sense to know that would not have been for a surgery scheduled tomorrow? I am the one who needs to do all my research so I can tell the pharmacist what they need to do. What is it that they go to school for???? If you are smart, you will stay away from this pharmacy. I know I will never use this pharmacy again!!! This place is a joke!!!! They even had the nerve to tell they were short staffed!!! I don't know about you, but I am getting sick and tired of that excuse. It is giving people who never wanted to work in the first place, an even better excuse to not do their jobs. If you don't want to work, close your doors. Do people a favor!!!!

Talk about a joke. This Kroger location is a truly disgusting store to shop in. The people is what makes it horrible. I hate putting food in my grocery cart because I honestly get nauseous from the horrible body odors of people, men and women stinking and looking sloppy from both worlds of the trailer park and the hood. The location just feels dirty. I've also noticed how many people just leave carts of groceries in aisles either because the WIC cards are empty or they just leave it intentionally. I've also noticed the pharmacy doing its norm which is nothing. The pharmacy closed the window to customers and continue to keep the lines extremely long past the bank and they do not care. They fill wrong prescriptions and give you incorrect information on a regular basis. They also do not answer their phones. The manager lives on vacation. If there was a zero option I would have selected it. Support Publix where the atmosphere is clean, sophisticated and professional!

Full grown adults work here it’s absolutely disgraceful often times if not every time they will tell me to my face after waiting several days for my prescription that only one out of three or more are ready. Wait times are 15 per person! It should be criminal to except prescriptions that you cannot fill within at least three days. The staff here are putting people in danger.
