This is the closest Publix to my house and If it was not for Grace in customer service, i never would have visited this Publix ever again. Most of the employees seem as if they do not care, however Grace has always been incredibly helpful and friendly and just goes above and beyond always. Keep hiring more Graces
And yet another road experience with a cashier named Richard this morning. He does not say welcome greetings. He just had an attitude the whole time while checking out my items. And he snatched my money for me. He did not give a customer greeting after giving me my change and my receipt. You need to work on his attitude. He is the only Publix employees that I've had an issue with at this location
The staff is amazing! The store is super clean and I gotta say if you ever need to use the restroom and your near by... this is the place. The bathrooms are spotless and well taken care of.
Cleanest and friendliest store I have ever visited! I will never forget the kindness given by many of the employees during my recovery from foot surgery.
Everyone at this location is super rude. We walk in and are about to grab a cart, the cart guy plows in front of us to put up a row of carts, doesn't wait for us, and never says excuse me. Just rude. Then we asked Jacob if there where any of the deluxe nuts left, he looked at the nuts and said, there should be some left, and never said anything after, we just stood there while he went about his work. No help from Jacob. Don't let 10pm hit and you are still in this store, they will mean mug you and passively aggressively ask you if you need help finding anything then storm off. When you get to the check out they rudely stare at you like they have a wedding to be at and you are keeping them from it. Asia is the rudest cashier ever. She clearly hates her job and only worries about going home.. You can't treat paying customers like this. If you want to leave at 10pm, don't sign up to close. The store has to be cleaned anyway. Grayson is the worst publix I've ever been to. The manager all the way down to the guy that brings in the carts.
