Update: came back 9/8 8:28am CLOSED. Refer to photos. Not sure what’s going on today 9/1 but I went there at 823am and they were closed. Place looks abandoned. I may monthly services and this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Management please respond.
By far the BEST automated car wash I've ever had! Matt was amazing... chased us down to give us the sticker for the promotion they're giving ($10 for unlimited ultimate wash for 2 months! ) My only suggestion... have someone pressure washing on both sides during pre-wash.... that way both sides look immaculate! I absolutely hate this car wash, the only reason I came today was because it’s close to my house, I use to come all the time, but after several disappointing visits, I stopped coming, this time was worst than before -no towels -trash overflowing -vacuum system not working properly -my car was still dirty -the employees were dressed in pjs and on the phone I paid $15 and received.5 satisfaction, this location needs a total makeup over, they never have car freshener, towels, glass cleaner, just little things to help, I’m never coming back this time, and I advise no one to visit this location, I could have paid a drug addict to do a better job
I signed up for membership at the beginning of march. $40 a month. Didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t get the sticker. The employee must have been new and didn’t know what to do so I had to come back another day to get with Matt. I tried to come back a week later and no one was there. There was a line of 5 cars trying to go through the wash and I waited inside for about 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up. I took pictures of the reflection from the computer monitor with the timer ticking on those waiting outside. I ended up leaving and trying again a week later. This time I was greeted by I believe Matt. He took car of me quick and was very pleasant. It seems this location is having staffing issues and it all is getting thrown on Matt’s shoulders. I now have a membership I couldn’t use for two weeks because I couldn’t get a sticker :-/. I did go to the zips in Grayson and had a better experience. I will go there from now on.
