    Please advise your attendants to have a visible uniform when standing by the entrance to the pay stations. Camo hat and jacket while looking at your phone doesn’t offer great comfort when approaching to pay or pass through. It’s good business to inspire safety for the customer. And please accept “no” as answer when asking to assist with the purchase. We will be canceling our two fast passes. Be aware you are servicing the public. It’s a simple task. It goes along way to inspire loyalty and equity in any exchange.

    BEWARE! HIDDEN MEMBERSHIP: DO NOT LET PERSON GIVE YOU ANY "FREE WASH" DEALS Do not let the person at the pay station give you any kind of "four free washes if you pay this today" deal. That is what they told us when we chose a $10 car wash special. Now they've been charging us $40 monthly without our knowledge or permission-- it appears they signed us up for some monthly program they did not explain and certainly is not free. Watch your credit card statements closely after using this car wash, we've had to dispute the charges with our credit card company. UPDATE 12/20: I've called their Membership cancellation center and finally found a real person to explain this issue to. They've continued to charge my card even after I entered the dispute process. They said because I've disputed, they cannot help me/refund even if the dispute is withdrawn. They've left the dispute unanswered for several weeks-- this is unfortunately going to take a long time to resolve. The fact that they have a membership cancellation center should tell you all you need to know. UPDATE 12/25: The service ticket I submitted was never answered, but the agent assigned to the ticket sent me a customer satisfaction survey. So the manager's comment below was not a solution.

    Their car washes are great however be careful when signing up for monthly services. I canceled mine several months ago but they kept charging my credit card. I had to call them for them to issue me a refund

    This location has horrible customer service. The attendant got irritated when i didn’t want to purchase the monthly pass. I advised him that i only wanted 1 wash. He continued to convince me that i would be saving money if i got the monthly pass. Again i told him that i i was only interested in receiving 1 wash. At that point i told him that this was not good customer service Trying to pressure someone into something they weren’t interested in. He proceeded to hit the back button and tell me i can go somewhere else for a car wash. I asked him “are you serious”? I asked him to speak to a manager he said he was the manager. I then asked him who was his supervisor? His response was i don’t have a supervisor. He then said back out and go somewhere else. I expect someone from the corporate division to give me a response promptly. Discrimination at its finest. I look forward to hearing from someone promptly.

    They will offer to wash your car for $ 10.00 but when you give these folks your credit card they will sign you up for a $ 30.00 monthly membership without your consent. That’s why they don’t accept cash - they want your credit card number. No written agreement or contract will be presented and no verbal explanation will be provided either but when you review your credit card statements you will be sorry.
