Hands down the best Dentist around! I’ve got bad anxiety and the dentist was always a huge stresser for me. Dr. Woollery is so kind and gentle, she truly cares about her patients and it shows. She listens and communicates everything that will be done so there’s no surprises. I walk into the office and feel at home. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Nadine is a breath of fresh air! She puts the biggest smile on my face every time I go! This is definitely my forever place! They’re all absolutely wonderful and have completely changed whatever views I have had previously about the dentist.
Ok, for all of you with or without insurance listen up!!! No more procrastination take care of your health. You will meet Nadine the office manager. She is warm, polite and knowledgeable. Then there is Kelly the dental hygienist. There are no words to describe her but I'll use awesome! Dr Woollery is pleasant and trustworthy. They are an amazing team. Please give them a try.
Cleanliness: 5 stars Waiting area: 4.5 stars small but adequate. Miss the coffee they used to serve. Scheduling: 5 stars. Easy going Dental hygienist service: 5 stars Dr. Woolery: I think she is very caring. It shows. She appears to be a genuinely nice person. Two concerns: during my visit the hygienist reported her findings to Dr Wollery who then looked to confirm or deny the hygienist findings. She did not do her own exam. Instead, she just spot checked what the hygienist told her were areas of concern. If you are going to bill for an exam, an independent exam by a dentist should happen. She did not look at my x-rays in my presence, the hygienist did. It seemed the hygienist was doing the exam and bulk of the work. The other concern is, talking out loud about your past medical history when you are in the chair. Everyone can hear. This happened once when the hygienist reviewed my history and once when she reported to Dr. Woolery. I would prefer for the history to not be read out loud. They do a good job here. I would just urge them to have an independent exam by Dr woolery, she should not just spot check what the hygienist tells her. I would also not talk so much about medical issues and certainly would not talk so everyone can hear. Give them a try. You might like them!
