As someone who has worked in the dental profession for years, I am quite familiar with good dentistry. Dr E has been my family dentist for over two years. Ever since I met her, she has been very professional and thorough in her work. I trust everything that she does and I am a satisfied customer. I do recommend this office to anyone in the Loganville area who requires good dental care. Dr E and her staff are great ????.
I got dropper by dentist cause I guess I called numéros times about the 4 crownsthat they said I needed . All I wanted was explanation on why and what tooth numbers . When I spoke with dentist she said we take care 1 tooth at à time. I didn't understand why I couldn't get information to why i needed 4 crowns.i understood why I needed 1 crownbut not the other 3? That I'd why I kept calling and the dentist didn't like it. Don't worry u won't call you again since you dropper my family on the day my Daughter had an appt. My family didn't nothing to be dropper. It was me that you seem to have issue with.
My whole family was transferred to Eastside Dentistry because of new Insurance & it’s closer to our home . Well 7/23/20 my husband was denied service because I am a nurse. ????????yes, one of the dentist in there told me today 7/27/20 when I called to confirm what happened. She said it’s not discrimination. She just want safety for her office. Mind you they saw my son the day before they knew I was a Nurse. Thank you. I don’t need your excuses. We all want safety for our family. Our appointment was scheduled a month ago. Why don’t you asked those questions in advance. Wasting our time. Do better.
Having not been to a dentist for two years, I was worried about what condition my teeth would be in. Dr. Shabana Erattuparambil (Dr. E) and her staff were all very friendly and polite, very professional. Dr. E was very thorough in her exam and I felt she demonstrated a great deal of competency. She took the time to explain what she found and provided options. Her assessment revealed much work to be done. After consulting with my insurance company, she was able to provide a very reasonable estimate of what I would need to pay. All in all, a very good experience. She had the week earlier helped my Mother-in-Law with a broken tooth which need attention right away. She recommended that she see a oral surgeon for the best results considering my Mother-in-Laws age and conditions surrounding the problem tooth. Dr. E recommend an oral surgeon who was listed in my Mother-in-laws insurance. That experience with Dr. E was our first and it encouraged my wife and I to make appointments to be seen by Dr. E and her team. My wife also reported a very positive experience with Dr. E and team at Eastside Dentistry.
