    My visits to Walton Center for Family Dentistry is always seamless. The entire staff is Polite, Professional and cohesive. Our wait time this morning was ZERO! Being a patient that have a fear factor of 100%, I am ALWAYS made to feel very comfortable under their care. Thank you

    If I could give zero stars for Dr. Holmes, I would. I've been a patient at Walton Dentistry for 3 years now (since I first moved to Georgia). I've always had a pleasant experience with the office staff and the dentist. Dr. Posey is wonderful. However, he referred me for a consultation with the oral surgeon, Dr. Holmes, who comes to the practice once a week. My appointment was at 10 a.m. and was the first patient of the day. I arrived at 9:30 because I knew I would have to fill out paperwork, only to find the door locked. A staff member arrived at 9:40 and unlocked the door. I went inside and the entire office was empty except for that one employee. Finally someone came and greeted me and asked me to fill out the paperwork (which was such small font you couldn't even read it). I was called back to the exam room at 9:55 and met with the dental assistant and answered a few questions. She told me the dentist would be there soon. At 10:20 I asked if he had arrived yet and she said he was looking over my records and would be right in. At 10:35 I went to the restroom and on my way back she said "we wondered where you went". I asked her when he was going to see me and she said he would be right in. At 10:45 I finally grabbed my chart and walked out. While I was at the front desk I heard the dental assistant tell Dr. Holmes that I had left and he said "that's okay". The receptionist asked when my next appointment was supposed to be and I told her that I didn't even see him so I had no idea. She was shocked! My time is just as important as the dentist's time. I took time off work, drove an hour to get there, and then had to drive an hour home. If a patient is 15 minutes late for an appointment it gets rescheduled and they are charged a fee. Maybe I'll send a bill to Dr. Holmes for my lost wages?

    My first visit was today after going to my previous dentist for 15 years. I really liked Dr Posey. The front office ladies were nice. The hygienist was gentle. I was very pleased.

    Doctor and staff are wonderful! They are compassionate and sensitive to anxious patients. I have put off dental work for a long time due to fear but I feel very at ease with them and look forward to using them for all my dental needs!

    I was impressed. First off, customer service is fast and professional. Second, both nurse and doctor have been diligent to take care of me. I felt very comfortable and l will recommend that place to anyone.
