My dad brought his car A 2007 Kia Sportage from here. I was incredibly impressed with the service I decided that this would be the place that I buy my car. Fast forward several years I purchased a 2008 Mazda tribute. The staff is friendly and informative. They give you a chance to get to know the car no pushy sales person breathing down your neck and no haggling the price on the Window is the price of the car. Highly recommend you get financing through a credit union to make things easier. I was pretty much in and out within an hour. It was a small issue with the rear driver side passenger door not opening that I discovered on the test drive they gave me the number to their mechanic to have it fixed at no cost to me. Sorry for taking so long to write a review I’m still loving my car. (And look past the negative reviews. They give you for freedom to take your car to whatever mechanic to be inspected they are upfront and honest. Majority of the negative reviews from people who didn’t take the time to do their homework on the vehicle they were buying)
I have to say im very disappointed in this second car purchase it hasnt been 6mths or 3,500 miles the convertible top completely broke which i had to service when i got it. The convertible top leaks and has soaked my interior many a time. I had to replace the CPS sensor and Battery and proper tune up with in the first month and on top of that the Transmission is having shift issues with check engine light. And worst of all now the fuel pump is acting up and not reading the gas properly. And of course there was recalls years ago but now forget it.And ill never get close to what i paid to even trade it in for a better car with them let alone get finaced and worst of all there is no possible way to sell this private party with the convertible top completely needing to be repaired or replaced and no one in Gwinnet County who will repair the top on my Saab the only thing good i can say is the 2.0T engine runs solid cause i have only 92k on it. What a let down.
Sergio was amazing. They worked with us patiently as my husband drove several cars and then chose a few for me to decide on and pick from. He even presented alternative financing options but as he pointed out, ultimately it was cheaper just to pay in full. We look forward to recommending them to our friends and family!!!
8.26.22 Called several times with no answer and could not leave a message, so I just took a chance and went there hoping to check out a vehicle I'm interested in. Mike was so nice. I was able to do a test drive. Only 4 stars because no one was there to make the sale but I'll go back as advised. I hope to change this to a 5 star.
Wish there was a way to give negative stars. My family came out and test drove a vehicle this past Saturday and when my husband called this morning to discuss price Cliff told him he was insulted with our offer and hung up on him. My husband called back and Cliff answered again. My husband let Cliff know that the initial call was the most unprofessional exchange with a business he had ever had. Cliff proceeded to tell my husband that our offer was $3,000 less than their sales price. Cliff, you might want to remove the KBB fair purchase from your own website if you are going to sell vehicles for more than they're worth.
