Hello, This is Brad Garner, Owner of Garner's Auto Sales Inc, in Loganville. I read the post from the lady that had some - not so kind - words to say about me (us). I just wanted to clear some of the exaggeration that she posted on our review page. 1st of all "she" never even stepped foot on our lot, her husband did. He purchased the $2700. vehicle. - After he test drove it, purchased it, then drove it home, he called us the following morning, and told us the car had problems, that the brakes were almost gone, and that he did see fire coming from under the hood. He told he did not want the car, and for us to come and get it. And that, we did. He was not out any money at all. We had the car towed to a near by mechanic, and he found that the brake line had come off, which is why the brakes "were gone", and why he saw smoke and or fire. The brake fluid was leaking / spraying from the line under the hood and around the bottom of the engine. It was a $200.00 fix. We have since sold the vehicle to a different party, and no complaints at all. The car is reliable and sound. We do not sell vehicles that we know the brake lines are about to come off or brake off, just to make a profit. We have been here in Loganville since January of 2007, and we hope to be here a lot longer! We do sell used vehicles. Not new vehicles. We road test them and check them out the best we can, and price them accordingly. This lady's husband did not lose a dime on the deal. I wish the problem had not occurred, but I can not foresee things like this. I would like to add, most reviews are only given out of anger. We sell a lot of vehicles to 2nd and 3rd time buyers, that are happy with their purchases, that do not go home and write a good review on our page (i wish they did). And this particular lady, has left some bad reviews for other businesses too. She seems a little trigger happy with negative google reviews!

Bought a car from these guys and the head gasket was blown before I left the parking lot, but they let me trade it in for a better one immediately. It’s been months and the car is still riding like new

The owner was very nice and laid back. That's why it gets one star. However he was not willing to bargain for faults with car. The asking price are slightly overpriced for the value of the cars. He sold me a car and the tire blew out down the road trying to get it home. He under quoted the work that needs to be done on the car. My fault should gave got a second opinion. I would recommend getting your mechanic to check the car before purchasing down to the tires from this dealer. I'm very disappointed. I wish I read all the one star reviews before purchasing. I understand AS IS with used cars but as a dealer you would expect to not sell a car that you can't get home in it. Geesh

No Honor, a hand shake means nothing to these guys. Test drove a car on Friday said I would be back with my daughter Saturday to buy it and not to sell it, the father agreed. I shook both the son and fathers’ hand which to most would mean a binding agreement but not these guys. They were more concerned with making a buck than honoring a deal. When we showed up to get the car, they said they sold the car to someone else and then said they were out getting money and if I wanted the car I had to pay right then and now before they came back, The couple walked in as we were talking and they tried to convince us to buy a piece of junk instead. Don't give these guys your business.
