I have used Loganville Family Dentistry for about six years now. The staff is always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every checkup and cleaning experience has been excellent. Thanks to Loganville Family Dentistry, emergencies with my chipped front teeth were managed with the utmost of care.
I chose this Dental practice even though they are not in network with my insurance. PSA: They are not in network with ANY insurance so you will pay out of pocket a lot more. & even so, I Used to love this practice. I go to all of my appointments and was going to miss one due to a family emergency. Literally hours Before my appointment, I called and let the receptionist know what was going on & I wouldn’t be able to make it (so they could get someone else to come in if needed-like they have called me to come in earlier before) & the Receptionist rudely stated “Well just so you know we’re going to charge you $50, due to not informing us two days in advance.” I told the receptionist that was fine, although it wasn’t. She asked if I wanted to reschedule? Honey, with your attitude & being non-sympathetic I won’t be coming back! I thought this place was amazing but alas, smoke and mirrors. They care more about profit. Oh well, On to the next ????
I have HUGE anxiety because of a past traumatic dental experience. I had 2 crowns fall off. One this past September and one this month. Both experiences having them put back on was great! Dr. Katelyn Smith was kind, gentle and very patient with me and I really appreciate that.
Went in for my semi-annual cleaning. I waited, at most, 5 minutes and I was early! My hygienist was very friendly and gentle. Even though it was a cleaning, my dentist came in and did a quick tooth inspection so she knows what to look for at the annual this summer. This is an incredibly impressive practice.
As usual. the care and the staff is just wonderful. We have been coming to Loganville Family Dentistry for over 25 years and we now drive 50 miles each way to get there. Highly recommend. All the dentists are just great. This time I had a broken filling that had to be replaced. It had been many, many years since I last had a filling that I was surprised how easy this was. Dr Smith is great. She and the hygienist were just great.
