Let me just say this business is a life saver. No job is too big or small. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Very fair pricing. I had called in desperation bc I’m a new in ground pool owner. Nicole, Payton and Meagan are the truth. They took their time and went over the fundamentals. Came and fixed my issues immediately. Even wrote everything down for me to learn how to maintain my pool in and easy and comprehensive way. They have a customer for life!
If you look up arrogant you see this guys picture. He came to our house to service our pool and tells us he doesn't need to be there and he turns down work all the time. Besides being over priced and not very good he might be ok. We had sand in our pool that he just pushed around and never actually cleaned it out. He tells us it gets in from the rain. The problem is it was there the next day after cleaning our pool the sand was back with no rain. Who keeps there chlorine at a 10. Doesn't Chlorine that high weaken your liner? Beware of this guy and do your homework. There is better out there and not as expensive.
