We had a pool installed this past month by Scott and his crew from Metro Pools. They were so nice and friendly. They were super fast and hard working. I would have to say they have this system down pat! We love our new pool and would use all of this crew again. What a great investment Thanks guys.
Scott and his team did a flawless job on our pool. From estimate, dig out (James the Kubota Master) to install was a breeze. Answered all of my questions and never missed a appointment /Date. Brandon (The mad chemist) taught us how to chemically balance our pool with ease and even answered our questions after hours. Thank you again Metro team!
Metro Pools and Patios did an amazing job from the day we started discussions till the day the pool was in place! They quoted delivery in April, but managed to pull our install back to February. They came on time and worked tirelessly and delivered an amazing pool for our family. We were able to get into the pool in April rather than starting the project then. The results are spectacular! FYI, this is a 16x37 Atlantic blue fiberglass with tan kooldeck.

Buying a pool is a big investment. We had a few other contractors come out and give us quotes. We did our research and read a lot of reviews. I have to say, we are very pleased that we chose Scott and his crew at Metro Pools and Patio. From day one we felt he was the most knowledgeable and new exactly what we were looking for. Scott was upfront and said they were about a month out when we first spoke. He called us back the next day with an install date and we hired him. He told us the whole project would take about 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish. They came out on day one as scheduled to do the dig and two days later they were installing our fiberglass pool. If it wasn’t for a tornado that came through our area that day they would have finished. We have to commend the whole crew for staying as long as they did. They came backout 2 days later and finished the install. Three weeks later the concrete was poured, the cover was installed and the pool had its initial cleaning as promised. They have answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we’ve had immediately. We have been enjoying our pool and hot tub for a few weeks now and we want to say thank you to Scott and his entire team; Tyler, Wyatt, James, Levi, Hector, Andrew and Brandon for giving us our dream pool!
