White’s Pools recently built my pool. There are so many qualities that set them apart from other pool companies. The customer service is great. The owner James came out to my house numerous times during the process. My pool has been finished, and it looks amazing. My backyard turned into a paradise in less than 8 weeks. If you are looking to get a pool I highly recommend White’s Pools.
I've been planning my pool construction for almost 20yrs. I met Mr White while he was building several pools in my neighborhood while i was planning. Life happened and delayed the process. So when the time was right I immediately called him again. We discussed designs..features ..cost. Then started construction. It's been the seamless, professional and exciting experience that I expected. From his staff at the office to the on site crews, all were tentative and thorough. As I sit there looking at the beautiful pool James White and his company have built I can honestly say I have nothing but the up most respect and praise for him and his staff. Communication has been outstanding. Marksmanship and attention to details was outstanding. Everything from start to finish has been outstanding. In any line of business we all know you can’t please everyone, but my journey with them, has been phenomenal. I see some of the negative reviews people have left. I want to be the first to tell you please and I mean please don’t let negativity have you missing out on swimming this summer, I beg you. Trust them when they say you will be taking care of from start to finish I promise.
James White and his team did an exceptional job bringing my dream backyard paradise to a reality! I could not be happier with the final product! The entire construction process was smooth and his team in the office and on site communicated with me and my husband consistently! They were here to oversee the project from day one to start up, which left me feeling confident that nothing was being missed. I would rehire them in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone who wants a quality piece of paradise in their own backyard! 5 stars!
To start with after having 3 other companies come out to the house, Mr.white by far had the most knowledge than all the others. He explained position of the pool to inhance function, use of sunlight and appearance. Also best placement of pumps and equipment for best function. He personally checked in at different stages of the process and was upfront about any weather delay. We made 1 or 2 changes along the way and it was smooth as can be. The crews were all great to work with. Especially Alonzo and his team. The pool school upon completion was very helpful in explaining how to use all the functions of the pool. The waterfall was beyond our expectations for our budget. We have had only one issue with an auxiliary pump after installation and it was handled in a timely matter under the warranty provided. Could not be happier. Highly recommend Whites Pools.
