Ordered TWO MEDIUM pizzas. Pictured is what I got....One was cut in 8 slices, the other in 6. I am assuming it was the manager who argued with me about the size, was not nice about it, and went as far to say the pizza just shrunk in the oven....What?!?! Then why 6 slices? She offered to remake that one pizza, but not my whole order which would leave the other pizza and bread sitting an extra 15 minutes out, and probably 30 mins before I got them home. 30 minute old pizza is not good. When I arrived, my order was not ready, but one pizza was. It was ready a good 10 minutes before the others were ready as it sat there while I waited. Which is unnaceptable as well. My order was also not ready when quoted. I was promised a refund on the "medium pizza" and I hope it clears my credit card as promised. They never admitted it was a small. See photo! Clearly NOT both the same size. They are only getting 2 starts because of the taste. Pizzas were good.
Just ate here. Food was good. Staff was friendly. The place was filthy. Every table is dirty. Floors nasty. No napkins on table. People’s personal items all around the back tables. If the front was this dirty. Can’t imagine what’s not seen to the public in the back cooking area. They were just opened 1 hour and bathroom was filthy and trash was full.
The food was fine however the delivery driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions. I have a teething infant asleep and three big, loud dogs. I asked not to ring the doorbell or knock. He rang the door bell causing my dogs to bark, inevitably waking my baby. So I’ve been spending the time since the food got here trying to get my son back to sleep. I’m sure my food will be cold when I get to finally eat. Plus, it arrived almost 45 minutes after it said it should. We normally have great service but tonight was not one of them. The driver even turned and looked at me as I got the food off the porch. I said thanks (even though I was irritated) and he just walked away. Rude and unprofessional.
I love thissssss store the staff are excellent and super kind. They quickly sat my table of 12 and had my food out instantly. We were astonished. They sang for my sons birthday. They were amazing. The food was incredible and it really is the Italian way for my Italian immigrant mother will only eat there now. Its yummers
Have not been here in several years or more, but our carryout experience today was flawless. My son said the pizza was great, it was ready in time, cut well, topped well, fresh, and the employee we encountered was super friendly. Wish I caught her name for credit. Granted it was a quick carry out visit....but everything went well, and I was worried based off the reviews. Got a coupon for free cheesy bread next visit from a survey also....and got a medium pizza for $7.99 which lines up with chain competition.
