This was such a weird situation to me. It looked like someone took a bite out of our pizza. I called the location and the manager (Watson) just refunded my money no questions asked. He didn’t even ask for proof. I hope that he gets committed and trust worthy workers soon. As this is the only PapaJohns location in the area. See the pics - there’s the proof.
The customer service wasn't the best. Everyone just look at you when you walk in. It took about 2 minutes for someone to check on me. I received a text advising my order was ready. I received my order 40 minutes later. It was almost 2 hours just to get 2 pizzas. No apologies given either. The lobby was packed and when my order was finally ready, they asked the customers who's next. So customer feel like you cut them in line when you say me but the staff knew you've been waiting over 30 minutes prior to the people that walked in. Honestly won't be back here again.
Although I had to wait a little longer then advertised for my pizzas the Customer Service was great. The gentleman at the register was polite and attentive he informed me of the status to let me know I was not forgotten about. And that was a busy night. So I would given them a 5 BUT would someone explain to me why these franchised pizza places cut the pizza so terribly? Why??? I had a quarter of the pie nearly THE quarter of the pie with this tiny piece, not a slice, a piece that you would give to a baby (2 bites done). That drives me CRAZY.
Saturday Feb 25, 2023 around 7:30pm. I am saying this because the team that was working at this date and time were really nice about everything. I had ordered a pick up order online and when I arrived they had said that it wasn’t ready yet. They later said that there was a mix up and I would have to wait for a new pizza. At no point or time did they have an attitude with me, they were extremely helpful, the pizza looked good and they even compensated me with a soda. I work in customer service so I understand how stressful and busy a Saturday night can be. I will definitely keep on coming here if every staff member is alway this nice, helpful, and talkative!
Done with this location. They are rude and incompetent. Placed an order online for pickup, got notification it’s ready, but when I arrived to store its not there. Was told to wait 5 minutes, waited ~25 before asking manager if she can give update. Pizzas couldn’t be located because they were “given to someone else.” And I was asked to wait another 25/40 mins for new pizzas to be baked. The young lady at the counter was rude and probably could have figured out there had been a mishap if she wasn’t so busy ignoring and rolling her eyes at customers. Manager was nice - but I was fed up by time I spoke to her.
