Went in today to get the new Pizza Hut Pepperoni Melt. And I have to say it was very good. It was crispy and cheesy and pepperoni-y :) Not only that, but the people were very friendly, and the food came very quickly.
This was by far my WORST experience with Pizza Hut. When our pizzas arrived, it seems as if they were transported sideways so everything was on my side of the pizzas. Even the cinnabuns were shifted to one side. When I contacted this location about the issue, I was placed on hold. The only issue is they didn't mute the phone and I heard them talking in the background that I was probably lying and to tell me that they will have to pick it up to see what I say. That more than likely I will decline. So when he returned to the phone, I told him that I heard everything they were saying and why would I spend $70 on pizzas to call and complain. I have the pictures!! I'll NEVER spend another dime at this location!!
I went to pick up an order via contacless curbside. I parked in front of the sign yhat told me to text "Hut" and gave me a number. I did, and was told text with my vehicle type and color - which I did. Then, I waited... and waited... and waited some more. Finally I called to find out when my order would be brought out and told the person I had texted as the sign instructed. He replied, "Nobody really pays attention to that." Seriously? My food was finally brought out. It was overcooked and warm at best. Avoid this place.
Excellent service from the management and staff. And the ladies that cook the pizzas are super fast and efficient. My food was cooked perfection and it was delicious. It's far exceeded any expectation I had previous to my visit.
I just received my Big Dinner Box that I had placed for delivery. My son takes a bite of the boneless wings and they are completely raw, not undercooked, but RAW. I called and spoke to the manager Madison, who acted like I was an inconvenience. This is completely unacceptable and I will never place another order here again.
