We had a great time doing all 4 rooms the NetherWorld had to offer. The set designs were definitely above average, and the puzzles were good despite some of them being "store bought" as others have said. All the rooms had a nice flow to them and there were enough context clues to keep you moving in the right direction. The best part of these rooms were the game masters. They were all exceptional and are part of the game helping you along, and adding entertainment as they stay in character, cracking jokes, and interacting with you as you go through the room. I wish we could have them as game masters for every escape room, they add a ton of value to the game. Thank you!
This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in an escape room. Not only was the entire staff super cool, the rooms themselves were fantastic! We started off in the Sasquatch room with Jake as our GM. The puzzles were amazing and the room was a bit spookier than I originally thought when booking. We were a team of six and made it out of the room with 18 minutes to spare. Jake was so impressed by us, he mentioned wanting to see how we did in their hardest room, Nosferatu. So we took up the challenge, and did that room next. We had a different GM for this game who was equally as fun and great. The room was definitely harder (so many locks) and also the best atmosphere ever! We were able to make it out of this room with about 7 minutes to spare. We also did the Monster Museum which was just so much fun! Both rooms were awesome and I definitely can't wait to come back to Netherworld!
Had a fantastic time here. The rooms are amazingly done and the staff are excellent. Caroline was phenomenal as a game master, matched our energy perfectly and was truly hilarious. Likely the best game master I have ever had. The staff as a whole clearly love their jobs and make the entire experience more fun. Eagerly awaiting their new room to open so I can go back.
Best escape room I’ve ever been to! You could tell the game master helping us was super passionate about his job, he was funny, and the escape room we did (I believe it was called the night hag) was very well thought out and creative. There were unique ways to solve puzzles that I’ve never seen before, which was super exciting. We even had quite a few jump scares. Very well done!
I may have accidentally spoiled my partner on escape rooms. Before 'Escape the Netherworld,' he hadn't done any escape rooms, but now we've done 2 here (Sasquatch & Haunted). Our GM both times was great, and after beating Haunted, he kindly took the time to talk to us about the room and some of the background of its development. The production value is amazing,and price-wise it's comparable to other escape rooms in the metro area. Highly recommended.
