Thank you so much Seki for helping us every time we come. We have done every room here. Great person, great place and excellent customer service. We played two games in one day and our first game was horrible. I don’t know the young lady name but she didn’t help us at all. We called for clues but she didn’t answer and when she did, she didn’t tell us the right clues. So, we tried again tonight and Seki was the better. Thank you so much again Seki!!
We did beach escape room and it was a blast! Some challenges were quite hard and some nicely solvable. London, our host, was awesome and super helpful. The room was designed for a really exciting and authentic experience. We're definitely going back to try the other rooms soon!
Seki was so nice & helpful! He greeted us asap & allowed us to hop in a room very quickly. We were only a 2 person party but he made it really fun & was very encouraging as we played. 10/10 would definitely come back!
Very disappointed in this business. It was a few weeks ago when I saw their online deal. So, they have been advertising the Tuesday night family special for a while. It worked out perfectly that we was in Loganville on my husbands birthday and trying to find something fun for our family. My kids were so excited when I said we can do the escape room. I tried booking online but the price was way more. I called and was told that deal ended a long time ago and is no longer valid. She apologized and was very nice but said she can't give me that deal. That is false advertising and was very disappointing to us all. It has been 2 days sense and they are still advertising this deal.
Seki was absolutely phenomenal. He was helpful without giving us what it is we needed to know. Next time we come we gonna ask for him keep up the good work and hire more people like him. He deserves whatever he can get through your company a raise promotion, whatever it is. If not those things at least free dinner and lunch for the rest of the week.
