We slid into MoonDawgs just after they opened and we were welcomed in with a smile. We were in town on business and just wanted a quick meal before hitting the road. The Boondocks menu was simple and had a something for everyone. We started with the mozzarella sticks and they were nice and hot. I had the Buffalo chicken wrap with fries, the wrap was good but I would have liked it to have some more chicken in it. My friend had the mushroom burger, it was cooked just as she requested and was delicious. The staff was super friendly, very accommodating and I would definitely go back given the chance.
A number of us went to this bar and grill to hear some live music and eat some bar food. Dani Mac & Company performed and were excellent, food was typical quality bar food, not awesome but not bad. It was good enough for the scene. Our service was attentive and polite, she did not know the menu well, but that's OK because she worked hard to get us our food and drinks. We would definitely go back for a small live show and some descent food and drink.
Staff made me feel welcome. Good, fast food. Cool atmosphere, Fair prices! Will visit again, hands down!
