This place is totally canceled. Asked specifically for a fresh pizza waited in line for a fresh pizza got something that was sitting in the warmer for god knows how long. If i wanted to eat cardboard, i could of went to little Cesar's. Shame on you guys. Thought this was a one off situation but the reviews below me tell it all!

We like Riverside fine as a chain, but this one is awful. Last time I tried to use the drive-thru to get their version of a hot-n-ready pizza, they said it would be half an hour because people called ahead. Fair enough, I thought. So this time we called thirty minutes ahead, got there at exactly the time we told them we'd be there, and they said "Oh, it's going to be 10 minutes." So my husband went inside to wait and the carry-out-ready pizza warmer had pizzas in it that they were giving to other people... The whole point of Riverside is that it's easy, fast, cheap, and better than Little Ceasar's. If I'm going to have to wait for pizza, I'm going to go somewhere with pizza worth waiting for.

Avoid this location if possible. It is never a good experience. My most recent visit, I placed an order online that said it would be ready at 6:19pm. I arrived at 6:29pm and it still wasn’t ready. “Manager” said it would be 5 more minutes. Ten mins later, still no food. The lady says it will be 10 more minutes. I just asked to cancel the order. She said she can’t give me a receipt to confirm the cancellation. The biggest issue is the complete lack or concern or customer service. If you want Riverside pizza, go to the Sugarloaf location.

Management or the owner of this particular franchise really need to do some serious training at this location. Every time I have come I have notice every single employee without any gloves preparing food, running their fingers through their hair and touching their face then using their hands as they cut pizzas and at least twice I've come and they have saw me at the drive through and not once acknowledge or said anything and I waited at the window with not one but three people walk right past the window and say nothing. I waited at least 10 mins before just pulling off. And each time I saw the employees without gloves I drove off as well. And they use to have at least cheese pizzas ready every now and then now every time I always ask even before I pay because they always have you pull up front to wait unnecessarily because they either have just been standing around the entire time talking or something and not making pizzas because there are never any pizzas ready. I think I'm officially done with this place I'll get fresh pizza elsewhere. I would advise to reconsider eating here as it seems very unsanitary.

This place used to be fast to get your food. Now they can make you wait 20 minutes and still forget to bring you your food. Expect cold old pizza if it is ready for you. Kids run the place. Never a manager on duty. They do not care about you. Yesterday will be be last time buying from this location. No need to order breadsticks. Their pizza now has 2 inch of dry crust.
