We've tried A LOT of plumbers over the past 35 years - and went through a lot of hit or miss. I got Charles name from my mother-in-law awhile back. That was about ten years ago and I'm soooo glad I found him. Since that time, he has fixed a bunch of stuff for us from leaky faucets, leaky toilets, clogged shower, etc. He's a perfectionist with his work and is a great detective in finding solutions for difficult plumbing issues. Charles was excellent in helping us with some hot water heater problems. There were other plumbing issues we thought of while he was here and he was happy to fix those as well.
