I called today to get a broken pipe fixed after getting run around by a different company. Owner was very nice and fit me in within a couple of hours. Jonah came out, was very nice and fixed the problem quickly. Great work at a fair price. We will call them again when we get a bathroom installed in our basement.
Our good friend referred us to Jeff, and I’m so grateful to have found him to fix our plumbing issue. He’s very nice, responsive, patient, and helpful! Two other plumbers have looked at the water leak and told me that they either had to dig through our brick stairs or our concrete to fix the leak, but Jeff found a great alternative without breaking our front porch or driveway. They had to perform a super difficult dig to make this happen, but they did it! His crew did not make a single damage and even saved our bush, so impressive! Would highly recommend Jeff to my family and friends!!
This is my first review ever and I felt the need to write it because of my experience with Jeff of Bulldog Plumbing. We called Jeff in the fall of 2018 due to a leak with our main line into our house. His pricing was reasonable so we decided to let him replace the line for us. He did a great job and we were satisfied with his work. The following spring i decide to turn on my sprinkler system to water the grass and it appeared that one of my pipes burst so I contact my sprinkler company to inspect the system. They located the issue which happened to be one of the lines was capped off in their words. Since it worked the year before I called Jeff to ask him if he recalled running into an issue with my system while replacing the water line a few months earlier. Now as many of you may know from experience, if a repair man does work for you on anything and months later you find an issue they either won't answer your call or say they didn't cause the issue, but that wasn't the case with Jeff. After recalling the job he remembered that he had to reroute a sprinkler line and capped it off to finish later but things happen and he forgot. He was working on a job for another customer at the time of my call. But he apologized and to my surprise he asked me to find out how much the sprinkler company at my house would charge to fix the issue. They gave me a quote and he said to have them fix the problem and he would reimburse me the cost, which he did. Who doesn't get distracted from time to time and maybe forgets to follow up on something but you don't find many repair men in any field that will own up to it and resolve the issue without giving it a second thought. I've had several people ask me since this time if I knew someone to call for their plumbing needs and without hesitation I tell them Bulldog Plumbing.
Jeff has fixed a few plumbing issues for us over the last few years. We have been very happy with his work. He has always been professional and very courteous every time I have had him work at our house. I appreciate his quick response to our issues and he always explained what needed to be done and why which I truly appreciate. I would trust him to diagnose/fix any of our plumbing issues. Only plumber we will use!!
