Eric came out and measured for the unit and vents in my unfinished basement. He emailed me the estimate. (I had 4 estimates taken) they were the lowest. I feel like I received more than my money's worth. The first day of install Eric showed up with the two gentlemen who were installing and personally introduced me to them both.they finished in 2 1/2 days. (I needed to have an electrician come to add an additional power box to handle the HVAC power. Eric came back on Monday to start it up and make sure all was working well...I had great and responsive service.
J&J heating is a wonderful company. They replaced our whole system including the ducts and it is working great. They cleaned up after themselves so well you couldn't tell they were here. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and nice. We had used them in the past to do work on our very old system and they kept it running and in good shape until we could afford to replace it. Great local company. Highly recommended.
I would never recommend this company. I've never had to call a company numerous of times to see if I was still on the schedule. Never had a technician to come and leave to pick up a tool and never come back but left an invoice, I was never called to say a tec was on the way. I'm very disappointed in my experience with this company. Will not use again or recommend to anyone.
Randy is a great person to deal with however, We were told that ALL the insulation around our ducts would need to be replaced because we had a moisture problem and the ducts were wet and growing mold. They told us it would be $2,400 to replace all of it. They come out after 9am to start the work and they were gone before 3:30. When we got home and checked the work they did not replace all of our ducts. They only replaced a little less than half of the ducts and still sent us a bill for $2,400. I have called their office to address the situation and talk with someone and I was told I would get a call back and never got a call. I have called back several times to speak with someone and no one answers the phone. I like to support local but I will not use them again!!
