My air quit blowing one evening, I called for repair first thing the next day. I was expecting it would be a day or two before someone could come, but the lady who answered the phone said the tech would call later today. Michael called just before lunch, came and diagnosed and made the needed repair in short order. Great experience overall. Michael was professional, proficient and even made his way thru all of the joro spider webs with no hesitation. Repair was very reasonably priced. Kudos to Phelps HVAC, you earned my business!!
I was referred to Phelps, having never used them previously. My first experience was a service tech who identified the issue and quickly corrected as well as recommended a further inspection based on the age of the unit. Jason Phelps inspected and recommended a new system that we approved. The installation was a 2 day job and the crew (3- techs) were all very professional, polite, and respectful.
