Both our AC units went out about 30 days apart and we called Paul’s Heating & Air and they came out immediately and took care of us. Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful when she took the call to get us on the schedule both times. Scott our tech is very professional and knowledgeable. I just thought the guy who came by was a nice and pleasant young man. I really appreciate the way he put something over his shoes, so he wouldn't track mud in my home. This day he came by it was raining. Great company!!
Tech was here on appointed time. The tech checked my system and quickly found the problem. He repaired my unit and now it purrs like a kitten. This company is friendly and efficient and the price was reasonable. I recommend and give 5 stars.
