I couldn’t ask for better service. Terry was so kind on the phone and was so respectful of my time and schedule. Coolray had come out first and told me I needed $3800 in repairs and should just buy a new furnace, and then tried to bully me into making that appointment. I called Mr. Brisco to get a second opinion. Turns out my pilot light had just gone out. His technician was on time and even crawled under the house with me to show me how to reset the pilot light, what to look for and what to avoid and only charged me for the trip out. I really admire that kind of honesty and integrity. I can’t recommend them enough.
These guys are the best. Honest and Fair pricing. Quality labor. Always respectful of my house and family. We have used them on two different occasions to replace the HVAC in my older house. Once for the furnace and once for the AC. They never tried to hard sell me the most expensive product. On both occasions they gave several options for me to choose from. Honest explanation of the problem. They go above and beyond on service calls and fix issues that they find....They don't ever say "thats not my problem". Wish every person I've had work on my house shared their philosophy. Would definitely recommend.
