Alex was cool and knowledgeable. Fixed my issue and told me how to keep it from happening. I’d recommend. My only gripe is the mud and dust he tracked in the house and up the stairs from his shoes.
I called the operator asking for a technician to be sent to the house because my new air did not want to work, but she insisted that the problem was the electricity, and I spent two days in extreme cold weather and my 8 month old baby until for I finally sent a technician. the technician was very good he fixed the problem in less than an hour. operators should have more empathy with the customer and more at this time of year where it is so cold
