First time homeowner and in general, I do not typically leave reviews but in short, this company is wonderful, professional, competitively priced and, responsive. Details below. I was having thermostat issues and basically did a Google search and they were on the top five list. The first time I utilized them they were the only ones to answer that day. The dispatcher was kind and was able to get a technician out to me to help resolve my thermostat issue upstairs. Prior to them coming out the dispatcher actually try to walk me through some of the troubleshooting which was a nice touch. I’d say about 2 to 3 weeks after they came out, my furnace for downstairs was giving me issues. They were actually able to send out the same technician I had previously for same-day service. We discovered that the blower motor and capacitor were essentially dying. The technician was able to find a OEM motor that same day and then install it later that night, all the while fielding questions regarding install out of my own curiosity. Since that there have been no issues and I have signed up for their maintenance program which is also relatively inexpensive. They are an honest company with your best interest in mind and I would recommend them to anyone. Sincerely, Very satisfied customer!

AC was seeming to weaken last summer. Turned it on this year and couldn’t get the house cooled off even in less than 70 degree weather. Called for service and Brandon came out the next day. He was very prompt, and was courteous and professional during the entire visit, even showing me pictures of my units before and after cleaning and servicing. After inspection, turns out the outside unit needed cleaning and the inside unit had frozen. We were also about three pounds low on freon due to a probable leak. Brandon explained the options (two potential methods of leak detection or wait-and-see). Since it took five years (since the last maintenance) to get to this point, we decided to wait until the next service (in the fall) to see the effect on the Freon level. I saved over $100 on this service by joining the Trust Loyalty Club for two annual preventative maintenance visits. At $12 a month it really doesn’t make any sense not to do it. Thanks Brandon and thanks Trust Heating and Air.

I called Trust Heating & Air after having a bad experience with the company I had worked with for 11 years. Joshua V came out the same day to access my issue and was extremely professional and helpful. Since my issue was major he called Michael in to take a look as well. They suggested calling insurance since there was a lot of water damage from the unit. I would highly recommend Joshua V for your heating and air needs. Trust earned a lifelong customer!

I had a gas line and wall mounted heater installed. The young gentlemen were professional, kind, and courteous. Did an outstanding job, and even fixed the rattle in my furnace. I highly recommend Trust Heating and Air.

I've been using Trust H&A for a couple years now. They installed a new heat pump and outdoor a/c unit and I purchased the preventive maintenance plan. They come out twice a year to change the filter and check the system. Last Friday, just before midnight, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling, around the ceiling fan/light in a bedroom. Went into the crawlspace to check and one of the pvc pipes had cracked and was leaking. Immediately turned off the fan/light, put a pan underneath where it was leaking, and turned off the a/c. On Saturday morning around 7:30am I called Trust and Michael (owner) answered. I explained everything to him and he explained that when they install a new system, they don't replace all the pvc from the unit to outside. They only replace the pvc and elbows from the new system to a joint in the existing pvc if the existing pvc isn't damaged. Well this pvc is probably the original and now is just cracked in pieces. He said he would be happy send someone out to take a look and repair, but it wasn't covered in the prevention maintenance plan. I told him nevermind, I would go to Lowes and get what was needed to do the repair myself. I was a little upset that all the pvc wasn't replaced at the time that the new system was installed but Michael stated that in all his years in the industry, no company replaces all the pvc during a new install if the existing isn't damaged. About 5 minutes later, he sends me a text that says he feels bad that this has happened and is sending a tech at no charge. Within the hour a tech showed up, took a look at the broken pvc, and replaced about 8-10 feet of pvc with new, stronger pvc. Checked for additional leaks and told me to keep the fan blowing up there for about 24 hours to dry out the plywood and sheetrock and it should be fine. Michael and Trust have been a blessing to work with, never fails to provide exceptional service, and always stands behind their work! If you are ever in need of their services, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give them a call! They are honest, reliable, and truly TRUSTworthy! Keeping their customers happy, satisfied, and taken care of is more important to them than how much money they can get from you.
