This roofing company made things so easy. My roof was damaged from hail and they took care of all insurance communication. The managers and workers were great and the quality of the product is excellent. I communicated directly with Patrick and Carlos and they were very professional. After my roof was finished, I inquired about some other work that I needed done to my house. They recommended another company to me who came out to make exterior repairs and paint the exterior of my house, at an incredible price.

RWN worked on a few roofs in our neighborhood following a hail storm including our own. They took a day and a half to replace our roof shingles, gutters and downspouts. Zero issues, just in and out and the roof looks great. We worked with Carlos Osorto and he was excellent, prompt, and easy to communicate with. Gave us a quick assessment and acted as a liaison with the insurance company to get us coverage that would actually get the job done, saving us so much back and forth. My overall experience was "Great". I met Dean through a neighbor and right away he took the lead. He took care of everything necessary to replace my roof due to wind and hail damage. After the installation of my new roof I had several minor mishaps due to heavy rain while the roofers were working. I brought them to Dean's attention and he introduced me to Todd. Todd coordinated with me and took care of the minor mishaps in a timely manner. RWN crew and staff are top notch. I would recommend RWN Roofing to "Everyone", they give Customer Service a new name.
