Jordan from Total pro roofing is outstanding. Professional up front about pricing. Walked us through the hole process including dealing with the insurance company just really all around stand up guy. The craftsmanship speaks for itself our house looks amazing and the roof looks better than I could have ever imagined. The time has come to get our house renovated. Our contractor suggested that he also might be able to help get us a free roof with the newly renovated home. I was skeptical at first because we tried for it just a few years ago in 2019, but our claim was turned down by the insurance company at that time. And this is where Drew Johnston and Total Pro Roofing came into play! Mr Johnston called me to set up an appointment for his initial free roof inspection during which he was able to determine that our roof did in fact suffered hail damage. Following the inspection he also was in contact with my insurance company and negotiated with them, so they approved my claim this time around and finally we were on our way to a brand new roof! Total Pro was very professional throughout the whole process. A few days before the job actually took place we received a call from the company and they laid it out for us in details what we could expect throughout. The materials were delivered to our home the day before the job took place along with a dumpster for the old shingles and debris. The day of the job a whole army of workers showed up very early in the morning. They had a supervisor named Jeremy who stayed the entire day, kept an eye on things, took pictures for insurance purposes and answered all my questions. He was very informative and professional. The workers were very quick and efficient, they worked in unison, and their team work was unparalleled! Our home is not very large, 1500 square feet, but they really amazed us since they finished their job by 4pm! by 4:30 everything was removed and thoroughly cleaned up, someone even came and took their dumpster! The neighbors coming home from work that day would've never guessed that our entire roof had been replaced! All in all we are very satisfied with Total Pro Roofing! Everyone we came in contact with was very professional throughout the process. I also would like to mention timeliness and punctuality. From the time we first met Drew Johnston he had been very responsive. Every time I'd text him with a question he'd call me back shortly after with his answer. And as soon as our insurance company approved our claim, Total Pro scheduled us for our new roof. Total Pro Roofing has exceeded our expectations. The quality of their job and the value is superb! I didn’t know where to start so I’ve called my insurance, Farmers, and they gave me two phone numbers. Called them both and left messages for each call saying that my roof was damaged by strong wind. The first one came but didn’t even bother going on the roof to inspect the damages but he did see a trim damaged on the corner of my house, from eye balling from the driveway (that inspection went nowhere-that was a disappointment). Mac, from Total Pro Roofing – the second call I made, went on the roof and saw some damaged. He was very professional from start to finish. Mac walked me through the process, step by step and made sure that it flowed smoothly. When the day came they were able to put a new roof in a day. Total Pro Roofing did a great job. I highly recommend them when your roof is in despair and needs repair.
