My child have been going there for 7 months, it started okay with frequent teacher changes in the older twos class, as time progresses things got better. But the front office staff (DD, Arlet, Tracy, Julie, Penny) have always been nice, welcoming and helpful. Facility is over clean and safe. We never had any issues. Over all, we feel safe our child being there and she have improved her social skills among many others. I do recommend checking them out. Bring a smile, you’ll get multiple smiles back. ????
My husband and I absolutely love Five Star Academy! We have had a pleasurable experience thus far and my three-year-old son has shown a tremendous amount of growth since starting last year. My one-year-old is also taking a liking to the school and his teachers. The teachers and staff are very professional, communicative and friendly. Highly Recommend!
They are liars, despicable and deceitful. They told me about my daughter who is mentally ill and must be treated by specialists. My daughter was expelled. They told me that your daughter is causing problems and we cannot make one teacher with her. They used to leave my daughter standing at the door alone for long periods. This is all from the words of the principal and when I spoke to his teacher My daughter told me this is not true, your daughter is very good and plays with all the children. They are the worst people there. They treat my daughter with racism just because she is a Muslim.
Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to daycare here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to Julie and the whole team at Five Star Academy.
We love Five Star! I’m a FTM and was very nervous about returning to work and having to put her in daycare. The infant room is awesome! The staff made the transition so smooth! I could spend as much time at drop off that I wanted, and I receive pictures and updates through out the day. My daughter is always happy when I pick her up, so I know she is being well taken care of and getting lots of love! We highly recommend Five Star to anyone who is looking for child care in this area!
