My kids have been in Razzles for 2 years now. Both of them love it. The staff is very friendly. They make sure that all concerns regarding hitting or biting amongst the kids get addressed. Everyone is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to any parent.
Worked here and I can tell you they are the most unsanitary facility I've been. They do not properly sanitize floors or toys. I've seen workers drop food and utensils then directly serve it to the kids. No one washes their hands regularly. They allowed the kids to get hurt by other kids not informing their parents. They yank and pull the kids who "aren't cooperating". Yell directly to the kids face. The staff and boss are rude/disrespectful they are never prepared. They don't give breaks unless they like you. THEY DO PICK FAVORITES. Very much mean girl high school personalities. the place is embarrassing and simply not a great choice for the care of your children. You've been warned!!
Horrible place. Every rules they have, they break it, they do nothing but scream at the kids and have horrible management. No positive reinforcement at all. Its like none of them know how to take care of kids they just watch them and have an excuse to be nothing but rude. They also have favorites, their own children never get in trouble just a slap on the wrist for hitting other kids but the others kids get yelled at by the teachers. Bad place. Pick one best for your kid
My 5 month old started here yesterday and as a new mom I was extremely nervous about leaving my daughter for the first time since having her. The entire staff from the infant room to the front desk made me feel so comfortable and even said I could call to check her progress during the day to put me at ease! I also got a progress sheet to let me know how she did during the day, which was really awesome! I absolutely recommend this daycare facility! The staff is so friendly and professional!
Razzles is absolutely the best and has been such a blessing. It is evident that the workers truly care about the children, and it feels like one big family there! :) They went above and beyond to stay open, follow guidelines, and accommodate families' needs throughout the pandemic, as they always rise to the occasion.
