I experienced loss of power in my bedroom and closet and couldn't troubleshoot it myself so I did research and decided to schedule an appointment with Ways. Brandon was my technician and he was responsive, kind, and so helpful! I am thankful I chose Ways. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know! Even the owner confirmed the appointment with me herself and communicated very well. For someone who knows nothing about this stuff, I am grateful I found a company that is honest and reliable. Ways created a proposal for our space and installed the lights. They certainly did not tell us that the lights all had noisy fans and that they were completely inappropriate for our space (quiet church sanctuary). They’re so loud they get picked up by microphones used when people speak. They completely ruined our space and we must have different lights installed. Once the noisy lights were installed and we immediately identified the problem, they had the audacity to blame US. They finally acknowledged that they are the pros and they should have known better. They promised to fix. Then after weeks of delays they came to us and turned hostile and refused to honor their promises or acknowledge their massive mistake. Under no circumstances should you do business with this company.
Chris and the team are hands down the best electrician We’ve ever dealt with.... and our ok’d house has seen a few! Chris and Ways will be our electricians here on out. Chris fixed probably 15+ old outlets. He installed a whole house generator and upgraded the main panel to accomplish all this. He was always punctual, always communicative, had a smile on his face and stuck to his word. Everything works without a hitch! Really can’t say enough about Ways and Chris in particular. Tabitha (in office coordinator extraordinaire) was always responsive and helped to coordinate Chris and other related contractors for us. She, Chris and the whole Ways team took a complex and Herculean job and did it on time, on budget and with a smile! Thank you all and a job well done! Recommend without reservation. C & T
