Madison is the sweetest most patient hairstylist ever. My son had his first big haircut today & she was super helpful, patient & nice to him. He can’t wait to go back!
Went in for my usual cut today. When it was over I really didn't look it over because I've never had a bad cut from a sports clips. Drove off to get gas and looked in the mirror and apparently the lady decided she wanted to cut part of my mustache off without asking me. I usually let my mustache connect with my beard but she cut all that off. I asked for the beard length to be trimmed down not re designed. It's just hair so it'll grow back. But until then I'm stuck rocking this chinstrap mustache goatee look. Not a fan. Please ask before you decide to make changes. Also the fade goes all the way to the top of my head and makes it look like I have a cone head.
Made reservation on their app, wait time was indicated as 29 minutes. I arrived in store and checked in, and sat there more than 30 minutes past the time indicated at the top of their in store queue. Other customers were seated in front of me, and my name NEVER called. I won't be back, neither will my kids.
Overall very good experience, they are very good with my toddler and my husband loves them as well. They also give good haircuts to women if you like. I would say the only reason it's not 5 stars is a little inconsistency in how they cut my child's hair, but overall, they do a splendid job.
First time customer and was beyond pleased with my haircut. Because I was a new customer, I was given the MVP treatment; shampoo, hot towel, scalp and shoulder massage. All that was great, but I came in for a haircut and Bekah did a great job of cutting/styling my hair exactly as requested. Thanks Sport Clips and Bekah for a great experience. See ya again soon!
